Get a Strong Core After Pregnancy: Diastasis Recti Postpartum Workout

My most requested video, how to heal your diastasis recti and strengthen your core postpartum, this is the final video of the 3 part series! I am 6 weeks postpartum with my son at the time of filming this video and so excited to heal with you all.

This is the last of three postpartum core workouts but is also the perfect routine for anyone wanting to finally get results when it comes to shaping your tummy! This is the advanced routine. I recommend doing this workout routine for about 5 to 6 weeks after doing the beginner and intermediate videos!

*I am a level 4 trained Personal Trainer as well as Pre and Postnatally trained. This workout is safe to do daily once you have had clearance from your GP or midwife, however if you feel any pain or have a gut feeling that you are not ready, please save and come back to complete when you are.
