Range Rover P38 # 060 - Back On The Road... Deflated - Door Check Replacement

The green P38 is now road legal until 2020. However the left front airbag decided to separate itself from the top mount as the workshop drove the car out after the inspection. This is the brand new "aftermarket" airbag. I bought aftermarket by an accident and have now ordered 4 new Dunlop airbags for all wheels. I'll just replace the front ones first though.

Today I'll put the old air bag in for now. For details on replacing the air bag and remove the wheel liner see video # 55:

The workshop also checked out the AC and it was the front radiator / evaporator that is leaking like I had last year on my other black P38. Part was also ordered today so that the wife can have cold AC this summer.

I'll replace the left rear door check. However they are identical on all four doors.

Part # BDH130011L (door check)
Part # BDM100050L (pin)
Part # DYP101490 (10mm bolts x2)
Part # FS106127L (8mm bolts x2 for chassis mount, not needed to replace the door check)
Part # ALR3733 (chassis bracket, not needed to replace the door check)

You don't need anything but the door check if your pin and bolts are ok.

The air conditioning parts are:
AC condenser radiator part # STC3679
AC tri-state switch part # JTB100370
AC switch part # BTR9223
AC dryer part # AWR1374

You'll also want to stock up a few o-rings part # JUU100100L (one), and part # JUU100220L (three) for the condenser, dryer and switches.
