Flexibility and mobility are essential in tennis because they guarantee you can get to virtually every ball, and once you're there- that your body will be able to adjust to any position to make a shot. In other words, do not take your flexibility and mobility lightly. These special exercises have been designed to work for players at any level and should become an integral component of every tennis player's cross-training regime.
