NASA, Boeing, and United Launch Alliance officials hold a news conference at the Kennedy Space Center ahead of this week's planned launch of the Starliner spacecraft on it's second unpiloted orbital test flight. The event is expected to begin around 1 p.m. EDT (1700 GMT).
