Replay: Atlas 5 launches weather satellite

A United Launch Alliance Atlas 5 rocket lifted off from Cape Canaveral on Tuesday, Mar. 1, 2022, and delivered the GOES-T weather satellite into orbit. This new addition to NOAA’s fleet is destined to become the primary observatory tracking storms over the Pacific Ocean and the Western United States.
