RUS Decides to support Dorcas and Children without involving Isaac

Difficult step but very important! I am getting to know Isaac and Dorcas, and every visit gives me an opportunity to learn something new. I am open to learning, and that's what has helps me be of some import to hurting people. Sometimes I'm lied to, and it delays my plans to help.
There's something little I know about Dorcas. She was given to Isaac when she was too young, but above sixteen. She's 32 now. She came to be prayed for by Isaac's mother, to be cured of her mental illness. When she felt better, she never went back home, but was married to Isaac, I think through his mother's influence.
Isaac has been a manipulator his entire life. He is an intelligent man, who, unfortunately, failed to use his intelligence to benefit him. Indeed he's a proud, blind man, who thinks all others are less intelligent. I know disabled people who are less gifted than him but they are working in gainful employment, using their education. Isaac's education never helped him. His good English is wasted sitting down there, quietly, all along engaged in manipulating poor Dorcas, taking advantage of her state. I asked him what happened that made him seem to helpless and he did not give me a direct answer. He will never answer you directly, always uses long-winded tales to hide the truth.
Because of her mental condition, Dorcas doesn't know how to use what she's given. They eat to finish everything, and once it's finished, she leaves and goes begging, with her daughter Joy. I sat them down yesterday and rebuked them for it. I know she doesn't get it because of her disability, and we're now using Alice to help. We need to buy a cupboard with a locker and Alice will have the keys and help regulate the usage of what we give them. No matter how huge we shop, they always finish everything in three days. All they rely on is just charity, they have got no source of income. That's why we came in when the kids were on the brink of survival, they were going to die, those three precious ones, James, Steve and Victoria. I thank God daily for getting us there just on time.
I understand your frustration. That's what you go through when there's love in your heart.

Please remember Isaac in your prayers. I don't think he's sick, I just think he's so full of himself and needs to come down a little bit. I am sorry but I will not be talking much with him, and when it is time for another monthly, I will take Dorcas for family planning without informing him. He knows how to get information from her, and he will know about it, but where he has driven me to reach, I won't mind him knowing I did that.
