Dorcas Still Wasteful But We Keep Pushing - Victoria gained weight, almost beginning to walk

We got back expecting to find at least some sugar and a few other things we left just a few days back, but alas, all was gone. Dorcas still had challenges keeping what she's given, even with the cupboard. We knew it would take more time and extra effort in training and support to help her learn the art of being frugal and understanding that when you get something you don't eat to finish as if you're going to die the next minute but to be full.
