Crockpot Minestrone Soup "Kitchen Sink" Style

Soups in general are truly a free for all, just throw in what you've got, let the flavors simmer together, add some salt & pepper and you're done!

They are recipes that don't need a recipe. Don't have zucchini? fine- don't go to the store for just it! Have some spinach you need to use up? Throw it in!

Without sautéing the garlic and onions you want to make sure it get a few good hours to really sit and get amazing for ya! Sorry for the lack of real recipe but PLEASE take this as inspiration to create your own! (=
