KICK BUTT CARDIO Workout - No Repeats! No Equipment! Calorie Burning Exercises | The Healthy Vida

LET'S DO THIS! We will be doing 10 exercises today for 60 seconds each. We won't rest in between each exercise so be sure to rest when needed. Here's what we'll be doing today:
- High Knees
- Suicides
- Squat Jacks
- Spidermans
- Burpees
- Plank + Shoulder Tap
- Skaters
- Squats
- In & Outs
- Butt Kickers
