Here is why real estate investing will always be the best investment in the world. For 5,000 years people believed that gold was the safest store of value and there was nothing better... Mainly because we were told that there was a finite supply of this substance..

We now learn that that could not be further from the truth. Nasa has now commissioned Elon Musk to Psyche 16 to explore, learn and understand this asteroid.. We are told that this asteroid holds 10,000 quadrillion (yes quadrillion) dollars worth of value... More than the entire worlds economy... All located in one place that is the size of Massachusetts..

If this world could not get crazy enough.. Is it me or does this year feel like a movie.. Anyway

They are set to launch in 2022.. This asteroid will take approximately 4 years to get there..

If in fact they get there and have access to all off the resources they need, what will this do to gold? What will this do to the economy and the world? To put this into reference this is enough gold to make every single person on the planet (nearly 8 billion people) all Millionaires!

Elon musk will not be sending people up there and instead will be sending artificial intelligence.

It was just reported that Neuralink has been successfully been installed in a pig and that he is making serious headway there (no pun intended).

This makes me believe that the safest and most secure investment in the planet is the planet... Buying Real Estate... Cash Flowing Real Estate..

If AI is at the level now where they can send it to space 4 years away and do all of the work and research for them than they are way more advanced than we all realize.. It seems like many would like to think that this technology is decades away when in fact its already here and they are simply hiding this information from us and it will slowly begin being leaked.

That being said a universal basic income could be something that could be right around the corner... Depending on when everyone resumes back to normal - if that happens anytime soon.

If a universal basic income becomes our reality then that will change real estate and real estate investing and the high end properties will likely see massive declines to reflect the new worldwide income followed by MASS layoffs..

We will see where this goes.. I know me personally will begin investing heavily into real estate right after elections when this market collapses. I will likely focus on entry level housing with minimal projects in the high end.

What type of real estate investing and real estate development projects do you intend to take on? Do you think that Gold Investing is safe? Peter Schiff loves gold investing and talks about this being the safest and most secure investment. I think this was before all of this new.

I wonder if Peter Schiff is still bullish on gold if this remains true?
