I think Governor Gavin Newsome has found a way to get multi million dollar mansions for FREE and I wanted to explore it for us... I mean, hey if he can get mansions for free then why not for all of us? So I got to digging and it does not look like this mansion giveaway that newsome knows about will apply for the rest of us.

So since we will not be able to get a mansion for ourselves I went down the rabbit hole finding out the details about how he got this property so at least we will know more.. Its crazy to me how big this property is and the chain of events that occurred here and no one is talking about it.

So here is what happened. He said he was apart of an LLC but when it came time to register the LLC he said he was not on it.. Then his cousin / business partner gave him the LLC and Mansion for free (valued at 3.7M dollars) he decided to rent out the property for $17,000 per month and not report any of the income (the IRS demands you report any gift over $500.00 per year, so he took that for free and did not report it).

Then he did a cash out refinance on the property and realized a TAX Free $2.7M gain on that and maintained possession of the property and the cash. So basically someone gave him $2,700,000 liquid tax free cash? Who would do such a thing and also gave him the mansion because he hold title of the mansion. Is someone paying the loan on that property? Who knows..

Gavin needs to be looked into, especially given the chain of events that followed this gift.

I think that anyone who receives this type of deal has had to offer more value to the person doing this gesture than the person receiving the mansion, otherwise why would someone just give you a 8 Acre tennis court estate just off of the river and striking distance to san francisco.. I mean the place is 12,000 square feet! That is huge!

Most homes are 1,200 square feet or 1,500 square feet or 2,000 square feet. Thats the size of Gavins walk in closet..

This isn't the first time he's done something questionable. He was in trouble seventeen years ago when he did not report $12,000,000 in real estate deals and business loans.

So at the end of the day after doing all of my research it looks like they are not giving a $0 dollar home to the everyday people so if you want to learn how to get your own mansion I suggest starting with a rental property and building up.
