100 Day Body Transform In My 40s (Ft. @hafu)

During my 100 day Body Recomposition fitness challenge I focused on optimizing my body composition. Rather than setting goals based on body weight, body recomposition goals focused on gaining lean body mass and reducing body fat. I also worked hard on rehabilitating my injured left ankle and right index finger. I continued to train Brazilian jiu-jitsu the entire time.
