Warmup: 40 seconds
- [ ] Jumping jacks
- [ ] Seal jacks
- [ ] Butt kicks
- [ ] High knees
Lower body (timed: 40 sec)
- [ ] squat pulses into squat (1 round)
- [ ] In and out jump squat (1 round)
- [ ] Alternating lunges (1 round)
- [ ] Glute bridge (1 round)
- [ ] Butterfly glute bridge (1 round)
Lower body:
- [ ] 30 box squats w/ 20 pulses (2 rounds)
- [ ] 20 squats/15 jump squats/10 pulses (3 rounds)
- [ ] 15 jumping lunges on each leg (2 rounds)
- [ ] 30 hip thrusts w/20 sec hold (3 rounds)
- [ ] 15 Bulgarian split squat each leg (2 rounds)
ABS: 40 seconds/20 second rest
- [ ] Knee to chest
- [ ] Elbow to knee right side
- [ ] Elbow to knee left side
- [ ] Hip dips
- [ ] Alternating leg lifts
- [ ] Russian twists
- [ ] Crunch ins
