So, have I had sea urchin before? Yes. Have I opened one myself? No - lord have mercy, NO 😭. It's funny because I have no issues throwing a live crab 🦀 in boiling water but opening up a creepy looking creature with spikes is a whole other story. But I love uni. I love it so f*cking much. It is truly the caviar of the sea 🌊.

I separated the seafood items to ensure quality and safety ✔️. Plus. I think it would've been a lot of seafood to have in just one sitting - yikes.
