Basic Meatball Recipe (Gluten Free)
by Faith and Flour
1 lb Ground Beef
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Dried Minced Onion
1/4 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Gluten Free Rolled Oats (ground in blender or food processor)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients until combined without over-mixing.
Shape into 1-2 inch balls and arrange on a baking sheet with sides that is lined with non-stick aluminum foil.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, until browned and cooked through.

Danish Meatball Sauce
by Faith and Flour
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 cup Gluten Free Flour
2 cups Gluten Free Chicken Broth or Stock
2 tsp Dried Dill
1 cup Plain Yogurt
Salt & Pepper to taste
Melt the butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat.
Stir in the flour and cook for one minute.
Stir in the broth/stock and dill. Cook until thickened.
Lower heat and stir in the yogurt until the sauce is smooth.
Add the meatballs and serve over rice.
Enjoy!
