1:47 Creamy Penne with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Vegetables
1 Box Gluten Free Penne Pasta (Barilla is our favorite!) 1 tsp Garlic, minced
4 oz. Sun Dried Tomatoes in oil 1/2 cup Marsala Wine
8 oz. Baby Portobello Mushrooms 1 cup Heavy Cream
1 bunch of Broccoli Rabe 3 tsp Basil
Cook pasta according to package directions.
In a large pan or skillet, warm the sun dried tomatoes with 2 Tbsp of their oil over Medium to Low heat. Sauté the mushrooms until just tender.  Add the broccoli rabe and continue to cook for 3-5 minutes.  Add the garlic. Cook for just a minute. Pour in the marsala wine. Reduce for 4-5 minutes.  Turn down the heat to low and pour in the cream.  Stir in the chopped basil and salt and pepper to taste. Add the pasta.

1 frozen Pie Crust Shell
3 Eggs 1/8 tsp Nutmeg (freshly ground is best)
1 cup Whole Milk 1 cup Gruyere Cheese
1/4 tsp Salt 2 Onions, thinly sliced
1/8 tsp Ground Pepper 1 Tbsp Butter
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Bake Pie crust for 10 minutes, then lower heat to 325F.
In a cast iron skillet, sauté the onions with butter for about 20 minutes, until soft and caramelized. In a small mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Whisk until well incorporated. Layer the onions in the bottom of the pie shell.
Sprinkle the cheese evenly over the onions. Pour the egg mixture over top of the onions and cheese in the pie dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until set. Let the quiche stand on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.

1 box Gluten Free Spaghetti   2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
2-3 medium Zucchini, grated fresh Basil, finely chopped
2 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt, Pepper & Parmesan Cheese
Prepare your spaghetti according to the package instructions. While the pasta is boiling, grate the zucchini and put into a large skillet. Add olive oil and garlic.  Sauté over medium/low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the fresh basil, salt and pepper. Add the cooked spaghetti and toss together. Top with Parmesan cheese.

4 Tbs Butter 4 Eggs
2 medium Apples, peeled, cored & sliced into 1/2 inch slices 1 cup Milk
1 tsp Cinnamon 1 cup Flour
2 Tbs Sugar 1/2 tsp Salt
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Put 2 Tbs of the butter into a cast iron skillet and allow it to melt in the oven as it preheats.
In another pan, over medium heat, add the remaining 2 Tbs of butter along with the apples, cinnamon and sugar. Sauté, until the apples begin to soften and brown, 5-6 minutes; set aside. In a mixing bowl, beat together the eggs and milk. Whisk in the flour and salt. Pour the melted butter from the cast iron pan into the egg mixture slowly while whisking continuously. Beat until smooth. Pour the egg mixture into the hot cast iron skillet and arrange the apples evenly on top. Bake until browned & puffed up, 25-30 minutes.
