Stronger balance= Stronger bones! 💪🦴 ⁣

𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 baseline is key to knowing where to focus in your osteoporosis program, helping you target the areas that need the most improvement. ⁣

Here are 𝟯 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗱𝗼 to get a sense of your starting point. ⁣

𝘗𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘦 𝘣𝘦 𝘴𝘢𝘧𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵 𝘯𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘣𝘺. ⁣

1️⃣ Stand on each leg for at least 30 seconds. ⁣

2️⃣ Walk heel to toe forward and then backward toe to heel.  ⁣

3️⃣ Bring the feet together and rise up on toes and hold for at least 10 seconds or more. ⁣
