In this video, I take you along with a training day and what it typically looks like. Most days I just do 2 training sessions whereas other triathletes might do more, I prefer my training day to consist of 2 longer sessions as opposed to 3 medium sessions due to time to set up and get ready.

This is typically what my training day looks like and I also review the new Garmin Forerunner 745 and take it along with my training sessions and test it out throughout my training day.
