This video is about not having it all figured out, and that sometimes, that's okay! Soon after my injury I just wanted to make something of my life to give this whole accident situation meaning. I convinced myself that if I become a Paralympian or do an Ironman, everything will be well!

The truth is your mental health and emotional condition is far more important than any goal. Let's work on that first before we jump into chasing goals and dreams, especially after tragic events and huge life changing circumstances.
