PUSH DAY WITH TWO IFBB PRO's: Reps/Sets/Exercises Explained

Today we take you through one of our "push" sessions. We do it a little different and mainly focus on 5 or so chest movements followed by 2 lateral delt focused movements. Everyone will have to modify splits and exercise selection based on their needs and what works best for them. This is just an example of what we found works very well for us. Be sure to comment below what you would like to see from us in the future.

The workout: (top sets outlined)
Incline Cable Fly- Set of 8 drop to 50-60% and pump it out
Incline Smith Machine Press - Set of 8-12 then backoff set
Flex Press (flat chest machine)- Rest Pause (12-failure-failure)
Bench Supported Lateral Raises - Heavy set with partner assist
Cuffed Cable Lateral Raises - double drop set
Cable Chest Press - pushing nutrients into the muscle
