Resveratrol

Resveratrol is a polyphenol stilbenoid and phytoalexin that certain plants produce in response to stress, such as injury or fungal infection.

And Resveratrol prevents the release of toxic glutamate during a stroke. Studies show it even protects the brain when administered 6 hours after a stroke.

Resveratrol increases blood flow in your brain. Improving your brain’s blood flow increases oxygen and nutrient levels. Providing your brain with the fuel it needs for optimized cognition.
