Bodyweight Workout (no equipment) + New Running Goals! | KRISMAS DAY 19
HI FRIENDS!! Back with another vlog and I included an upper body bodyweight workout for you guys to try wherever you are! No equipment needed, just you and a bench! I also reached a mile time goal of mine this year and wanted to share my progress on that. Productive and then relaxing Saturday in the books. Hope you enjoy the video :)
UPPER BODY BODYWEIGHT WORKOUT
(6 exercises, complete 3-4 rounds)

pike pushups to shoulder taps (8)
tricep dips (8)
pendulum swings (8)
incline pushups (8)
pike up to side plank (8)
bench walk-ups (8)
EXTRA BICEPS/ABS (optional)
bicep sequence:
controlled bicep curls for 30 sec
90 degree hold for 15 sec
pulses for 15 sec
rep out bicep curls for 30 sec
supersetted with:
plank (60 sec)
