The easiest way to learn to hit the punching bag is to work round 1 for 2 minutes.
Round 1. Work the lead side first to get used to land the jab, lead hook , lead uppercut.
Round 2. Work rear side punches. Cross, rear hook, rear uppercut and overhand rear.
Round 3. Work one punch from each side together. An example is: jab cross, cross lead hook, jab rear uppercut.
Then you flow like pro.
