How To Make Marble Snickerdoodles | Cookie Recipe

These festive cookies feature the flavor of the holiday season: cinnamon, of course! Use the bottom of a 1/2-cup measuring cup to flatten the cookies to the perfect size. Be sure to use salted butter.

Ingredients:
3 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 3/4 cups butter, softened
2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/3 cups sugar, divided
4 teaspoons cinnamon, divided
3 large eggs
