Anne's keeping us entertained with a lively starter and a pun to boot... "Sour Joe"! As a dad, I do so appreciate a good pun 🤣

We recently had Heather's result where she talked about getting into sourdough as she found she could stop being gluten-free with sourdough's low GI rating. And now Anne is in the nutrition and wellness space and cites that as one of the reasons she got into sourdough. I see a deliciously healthy pattern emerging here!
