Vegetable Sesame bread toast || How to make sesame bread toast
Ingredients
Bread
Sweet corn kernal
Carrot
Beans
Ginger
Green Chilli
Sesame seeds
Oil for frying
Salt
Coriander leaves
Boiled potato
For sesame garlic sauce
Oil
Garlic
Sesame seeds
Red chilli powder
Ketchup
Process
1. In a bowl add 1/4 th cup of crushed sweet corn kernel, 1 small chopped carrot, 6/7 chopped beans,1 inch chopped ginger, 2/3 chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp of roasted sesame seeds, 2 medium size boiled and grated potatoes and 2 tbsp of coriander leaves.
Mix everything properly until well combined
2.Take sliced bread,sprinkle some water on them
Then spread a big spoonful of the vegetable sesame mixture on the bread properly and evenly .
3. Now apply sesame seeds on the mixture and shallow fry on medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy from both sides
4. Remove and cut the edges of the bread and serve it by cutting in your desired shape..
For sesame garlic sauce
In a pan, heat oil and add 1 tsp of chopped garlic,saute until fragrant
Then add 1 tsp of sesame seeds,saute for few seconds and switch off the flame...then add 1 tsp of red chilly powder ,mix it once...Then add 2 tbsp of water,4 tbsp of tomato ketchup, and mix everything properly...keep aside for further use
