4 pieces cubed firm tofu
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon sugar
1 onion, minced
1 tablespoon chopped red and green bell peppers
1 1/2 tablespoons liquid seasoning
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 green finger chili, sliced
1 teaspoon calamansi juice
black pepper
cooking oil
1 tablespoon margarine
1 onion, minced for garnish
1 green finger chili, sliced for garnish
