15 Min LEG WORKOUT WITH DUMBBELLS | at Home Dumbbell Leg Workout

This at home leg workout with dumbbells is just over 15 minutes in total and will totally work your entire lower body! Your quads, hamstrings, glutes and core will be tested!

Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds with 20 seconds rest for 3 sets before we move onto the next. There are 5 exercises plus burnout sumo deadlift squats at the end!

For your reference, I am using 1 x 25kg dumbbells, so you can use 1 dumbbell or 2 of course to increase weight depending on what you may have at home. If you have access to only lighter weights than you may like, simply do more reps per 40 seconds! And even don’t bring hips fully in at top of squats😉, this will definitely intensify it!!

Keep shoulder blades together entire time and chest open.

Even though this is a dumbbell leg workout as demonstrated, you can use kettlebells or filled water bottles!

I have elevated my heels for the high squats, however this is optional. It will simply require more from your quads!

HIGH SQUATS (heels elevation optional!)
SUMO SQUATS
PLIÉ SQUATS
SUMO DEADLIFT SQUAT
ROMANIAN DEADLIFT

To finish:
40 seconds burn out - Sumo deadlift squat with no hips in at top of movement! Drop to bodyweight when you can’t do any more!

I hope you get you listen to your body, stop when you need to, drop the weight if needed, keep good back throughout and get your sweat on!
