SCOOBY SNACK

2 oz/60 ml Coconut Rum
2 oz/60 ml Melon Liqueur
1 oz/30 ml Pineapple Juice
2 oz/60 ml Whipped Cream

Method

1.Add all of the ingredients to a shaker tin.
2. Shake with ice for 8-10 seconds
3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
4. Garnish with whipped cream and a cocktail cherry.
