Remove and Install Front Brake Assembly - Stark VARG

How to change the Gear Oil on the Stark VARG 🐺⚡️
Official Technical Tutorial.

▶️ Removal Process.
Remove front number plate
Remove number plate bolt
Remove number plate up and outward
Work the brake line out of the brackets
Remove front brake line bracket
Remove brake line bracket screws
Remove bracket
Remove front brake caliper
Remove caliper bolts
Slide the caliper out
Remove front brake lever
Hold brake lever and remove bolts
Remove brake lever clamp
Remove caliper and lever

▶️ Assembly Process.
Install front brake lever
Hold the front brake lever in place
Install clamp
Tighten bolts to 6 Nm
Install front brake caliper
Slide the brake caliper onto the brake disc
Tighten caliper bolts
Tighten bolts to 25 Nm
Install front brake line bracket
Install the bracket with the brake line inside
Ensure correct alignment to avoid crushing the brake line
Tighten brake line bracket screws
Install front number plate
Fit the brake line in the number plate brackets
Slide the number plate in the front fender slots
Tighten front number plate bolt to 8 Nm
Check brake operation before operating the bike
