Remove and Install right Side Plate - Stark VARG

Steps:

*** REMOVAL ***

- Remove front spoiler
- Remove front bolts
- Remove rear center bolt
- Remove side bolts
- Remove the spoiler assembly
- Remove rear fender
- Remove lower fender bolts
- Remove lower rear fender
- Remove rear shock
- Loosen shock top lock nut
- Remove bottom lock nut
- Remove top lock nut and bolt
- Remove bottom lock nut and bolt
- Push subframe away and hold
- Remove shock
- Ensure the subframe rests in the subframe slots
- Remove rear brake pedal peg
- Remove the rear brake pedal peg bolts
- Remove foot brake master cylinder
- Loosen master cylinder bolts
- Secure brake pump
- Remove side plate bolts
- Remove side plate
- If not coming off by hand use a rubber mallet to assist

*** INSTALLATION ***

- Install the side plate in place
- Tighten top bolt to 45 Nm
- Tighten middle bolt to 45 Nm
- Tighten bottom bolt to 40 Nm
- Install foot brake master cylinder
- Hold the master cylinder in place
- Tighten bolts to 10 Nm
- Install the brake pedal link
- Tighten link bolt to 10 Nm
- Install rear brake pedal peg
- Hold the rear brake pedal peg in place
- Tighten the rear brake pedal peg bolts to 5 Nm
- Install rear shock
- Push subframe away and hold
- Hold shock in place
- Insert top bolt
- Tighten lock nut to 40 Nm
- Insert bottom bolt
- Tighten lock nut to 40 Nm
- Install rear fender
- Place the lower rear fender in place
- Tighten lower rear fender bolts to 5 Nm
- Install front spoiler
- Slide the spoiler assembly forward and downward
- Press down and forward on the seat if necessary to align the holes
- Tighten bolts
- Tighten rear center bolt to 8 Nm
- Tighten side bolts to 40 Nm
- Tighten front bolts to 5 Nm
- Check brake operation before operating the bike
