Trident Wave Separator 811D for Food Processing Waste
The Trident Wave Separator 811D is a low maintenance sludge thickener, suitable for many different applications including liquid waste treatment at food processing facilities. The Wave Separator can be used without polymer for e.g. the separation of larger organic materials, or with polymer and floc tank if fine solid separation is the objective. Sets of oval disks mounted on several columns with offset timing convey the material across the dewatering table. The liquid portion gravity drains through the wedge wire openings into the filtrate tank. Additionally, the 811D model is equipped with an air actuated dewatering module, which allows the operator to apply mechanical pressure to increase the dry matter output.
