HOW TO:4X4 Alu Wheel DIY Refurbishment - Spray Paint, Sand, Polish Mitsubishi Montero/Pajero-Indepth

In today's video, we take a look at another DIY/How To job on my 1999 Pajero/Montero Gen 2.5 LWB Blister Fender, specifically how to refurbish old, crusty and pitted Aluminium Wheels.
This will be an informational and instructional video on the steps and processes taken to do the wheel refurbishment in-depth.

It takes a lot of time and elbow-grease, but I think the results are well worth the squeeze!

Some of the products I always use for jobs like this and highly recommend are Rustoleum Spray Paint & Mothers Mag and Aluminium Polish.

Steps:

Wash wheel
180 Grit dry sand
Wash wheel
4 Coats colour paint
4 Coats clear coat
180 Grit overspray sand
400 Grit wet sand
1000 Grit wet sand
1500 Grit wet sand
wash wheel
Polish wheel
wash wheel
fit wheel
