How I Train for an Ultra Trail Race | 2 Months in Girona
I spent two months in the north of Spain training on the hills and Pyrenees mountains ahead of Lavaredo Ultra Trail (120km, +/-5,800m). Here's some insight into how I train for ultra trail marathons, including runs in the mountains, bike rides, quality sessions and strength work at the gym.
