My secret to stay shredded!
This is what I like to eat, you only need:
-1 Egg
-120gr of oats
-150ml of milk
Add some peanut butter jelly + jam
(or whatever you prefer; I do also like to add some protein creams every once in a while).
Cheap healthy snack.
