Saradha Chit Fund scam probe, PMC Bank fraud, claim by Kumaraswamy & more | Newshour Debate

1) Saradha Chit Fund and Rose Valley Scam:
Times Now exclusive investigation has exploded the Saradha chit fund scam probe. As per the latest reports, CBI has moved the contempt petition to the Supreme Court and has sought the arrest of Former Kolkata top cop Rajeev Kumar. Times Now has managed to access the exclusive petition which was filed by CBI's in the Apex court.
2) Sanjay Raut’s wife summoned in PMC Bank Fraud Case:
In the latest breaking news, Enforcement Directorates have issued summons to Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut’s wife Varsha Raut in the PMC Bank scam case. She is being asked to appear before the ED on the 29th of December. This is the third time that she has been summoned in the matter.
3) Kisan slam Congress Party:
Protesting Kisan Union leaders have slammed the Congress Party as Rahul Gandhi leaves for Italy. Kisan Union Leader Rakesh Tikait alleged that Rahul Gandhi never spoke to farmers, who have been protesting from the past month.
4) Superstar Rajinikanth out of hospital:
Superstar Rajinikanth has been discharged from the Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad. He was admitted due to severe fluctuation in blood pressure.
5) Stunning claim by Kumaraswamy:
Former Karnataka Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy has made a stunning and controversial statement. Janata Dal (Secular) leader claimed that the Bhartiya Janata Party offered his the post of Chief Minister. This remark has sparked massive speculation of the BJP-JDS merger.
