Today's Midwife Monday Video is a great contraction practice experiment that I've successfully used in childbirth education classes for years. Together, we will walk through two 60-second contractions using an ice cube so both Mamas and Daddies can prepare for what labor might be like on the big day! Using this ice cube technique for contractions, you can practice your labor techniques at home in preparation for your upcoming birth!
