No-bake berry cheesecake, simply mix and chill

Very easy cheesecake recipe, no oven needed, only a few minutes preparation, but the cakes turn out to be beautiful and taste perfectly.

Ingredients: (4x mousse rings Ø7.5H5cm)

Biscuit base:
60g biscuit
20g pecan
40g unsalted butter

Cheese layer:
200g cream cheese
150g heavy whipping cream
2 sheets (3.4g) gelatin
20g sugar
100g frozen berry

Gelee:
30g berry puree
15g suagr
100g water
3 sheets (5g) gelatin
