The Lazy Drug Dealer

The plaintiff is suing his friend over an unpaid loan. The defendant states the plaintiff asked him to sell a large amount of marijuana, but when they couldn’t move it, he and the plaintiff smoked it with a few of their friends. He claims the plaintiff showed up a few months later asking for payment for the marijuana. However, he said he didn’t owe the plaintiff anything since they all had a good time with it, and that the plaintiff’s claim about a $3,000 loan is a lie.
