Hitting the Wrong Note

The plaintiff is an opera singer who says she rented a room in the defendant’s home but refused to let her practice her music and then kicked her out. She’s suing for her security deposit back. The defendant says the plaintiff sang at the top of her voice every morning for three hours and then moved out without notice.
