There’s Poop on My Deck

The plaintiff claims her upstairs neighbors are dirty, so she complained. She alleges that the defendants were upset about her complaints, so they are now harassing her. She’s suing for mental torture she claims she’s endured. The defendants allege that the plaintiff is in fact the harasser, and that they are owed money. They’re countersuing for harassment, libel, slander, and lost wages.
