In the midst of a global pandemic, in the favela of "Complexo do Alemão" - Rio de Janeiro, residents created a local “Crisis Office” for various actions to fight the coronavirus ” and, in a chaotic scenario, build their own solution and survival. We must not seek a “new normal”, but build a different structure of society that is not exclusive, doesn't and violate rights. One that deals with its history and evolves.
