I'm so happy to share with you the TimTam, KitKat cream sandwich today. These confectionery are so familiar since I was a kid and I'm sure it's the same with you as well.
Timtam with cream , KitKat with cream and with bread has a good matching all together. Once you taste it you will know it's not over sweet. It's fluffy light texture for your morning and afternoon tea break.

Ingredients
5 pieces KitKat
100ml Fresh cream
2Tbsp Sugar
2 slices Bread

4pieces TimTam
100ml Fresh cream
2Tbsp Sugar
1tsp Green tea (Matcha) powder
2slices Bread

4 pieces White TimTam
100ml Fresh cream ( add extra 1~2Tbsp )
1Tbsp Cocoa powder
2Tbsp Sugar

Tips
Make stiff peaks of fresh cream.
Crush the TimTam or KitKat small pieces.
Leave in the fridge to set over 2hours.
You can leave them over night.
