炒Maggi咖喱面/辣炒即食面 Homie Maggi Goreng Mamak Style
CMCO, 有想念嘛嘛档的Maggi Goreng吗? 小编有,所以自己来。火候肯定没嘛嘛档的好,不过也很不错吃哦!
小提示:炒这即食面时,调味包要先用水化开。如果没化开就直接加入热锅的话,调味粉会成团,就很难把调味料炒均匀了。
p/s: 有味精的面食,久久吃一次,不用紧啦!
分量:1-2 人份
准备时间:5分钟
煮时:15分钟
材料:
2包 Maggi 咖喱味即食面
1块 豆腐干(切小块)
5棵 菜心(切小段)
5瓣 蒜头(去衣切片)
3条 小辣椒(切小粒)
2粒 鸡蛋
适量 油
调味料:
1包½ 调味包 (加4汤匙/50毫升热水搅匀)
准备功夫:
1. 烧热1锅水,下Maggi 面,煮2分钟,沥水待用 *更新 23/7/2021: 在烫面的滚水里加入少许油,面就不会黏在一团了。面出锅后过个冷河,面会更 爽口。
煮法:
1. 烧热锅,下油待热
2. 下豆腐干,煎至金黄色,沥油待用
3. 同样的锅,去除多余的油,加入蒜米和小辣椒,爆香
4. 加入鸡蛋,煎熟炒碎
5. 下菜心,炒片刻
6. 加入Maggi 面和调味料, 炒匀至菜心变软
7. 加入豆腐干,炒匀
8. 熄火,趁热享用

Portion: 1-2 Pax
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 pack maggi curry flavour instant noodles
1 pc dried tofu (cut into small pieces)
5 pc choy sum (cut)
5 cloves garlic (peel off skin and slice)
3 pc cili padi (dice)
2 pc egg
Some cooking oil
Seasoning:
1 ½ pack maggi curry seasoning pack (stir with 2 tbsp/ 50 ml hot water)
Preparations:
1. Bring water to boil, add maggi noodle and cook for 2 minutes, drain and set aside
Steps:
1. Heat the wok and add cooking oil
2. Add dried tofu, fry until golden brown, drain and set aside
3. Using the same wok, remove oil excess, add garlic, cili padi and saute
4. Add egg, fry and scramble the egg
5. Add choy sum, fry quickly
6. Add maggi noodle and seasoning, fry evenly until choy sum softens
7. Add dried tofu, fry evenly
8. Turn off the gas, it’s done!
