La papa rellena es un plato típico de muchos países latinos, pero ésta receta es de mi islita, Puerto Rico! El relleno que utilicé aquí es corned beef pero puedes rellenar a su gusto con carne molida de cerdo, pollo, pavo, cordero, o res.
Stuffed potatoes is a native dish from many Latin countries, but this recipe is from my island, Puerto Rico! The filling I used is corned beef, but you can use whatever is to your liking such as ground beef, pork, turkey, chicken or lamb.
