What $45,000 Buys in the City Center of KHARKIV, UKRAINE 🇺🇦

Even though I didn't think I'd ever consider buying property in Kharkiv, Ukraine, seeing the low prices combined with how fast this city is growing and improving, made me excited to start looking. I only had two days left in the city, so I decided to check out a total of 4 properties, all in the city center with one of the biggest real estate agencies in Kharkiv, which I would later regret - SoftLoft - агентство недвижимости is not recommended, as you'll see why in the video.
