CSCS was involved in an essential video project with CNP, NETC, and The Navy Partnership in regards to the Navy’s Ready, Relevant Learning (RRL) initiative; the right training at the right time in the right way. This video features CSCS Commanding Officer, Captain Dave Stoner, our amazing Sailors at CSCSU Great Lakes, CSCSU Dam Neck, CSCS Det Norfolk, and CSCS Det East, and Sailors from various ships. Through innovative solutions, we are moving away from the traditional instructor-led training at the podium and creating an immersive learning environment facilitated by an instructor that improves individual performance and in turn, shaping confident and competent Sailors who know how to fight and win!
