2 pounds serious cheddar cheese (use what you like)
24 large jalapenos (taste jalapenos before you decide how many to use.)
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp. salt Kosher or whatever you have we used Himalayan which is pink.
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
