Stephane Raimbault is the head chef of Two Michelin starred Restaurant L'Oasis, located at Mandelieu-la-Napoule (near Cannes, Cote d'Azure). Every morning chef Raimbault, one of tree Raimbault brothers (the other two also work in the restaurant, one as pastry chef the other is at maitre d'hotel, goes to the local market in Cannes to meet the suppliers and have best Mediterranean seafood (osetra caviar, sea urchins, pike perch, sea bass, octopus and much more), seasonal vegetables (white asparagus, truffles, biological tomatoes, eco friendly vegetables) and meat (beef, Bresse Chicken, etc).

Stephane Raimbault, one of three Raimbault brothers is honored to be the Relais&Chateaux Grand Chef of Cote d'Azur. He is offering a great and seasonal tasting menu that is showcasing the best products of Province.
