బాచెలర్స్ మటన్ కర్రీ - Bachelors Mutton Curry

మటన్ కర్రీని వీలు ఉన్నప్పుడల్లా లేదా ప్రతి సండే చేసుకొని తింటూనే ఉంటాం, కానీ ఒక్కసారి నేను చేసినట్టుగా, చిన్న చిన్న టెక్నిక్స్ తో ట్రై చేసి చూడండి మీ కర్రీ రుచి లో చాలా తేడా కనిపిస్తుంది.

Bachelors Mutton Curry with masala
Masala Ingredients:
Coriander seeds - 20g
Red chillies - 10g
Pepper - 7g
Fennel seeds - 6g
Cumin seeds - 6g
Dry Ginger - 4g
Cinnamon stick - 1
Mustard seeds - 4g
Star anise - 1
Chana dal - 20g
Cardamom - 3
Cloves - 3
Garlic - 8 pods
Coconut Powder - 10g
Mint Leaves - 1 bunch
Kasuri Methi - ½ tsp
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Method:
Take a pan
Add 3 tb spn Oil
Add 2 roughly chopped Onion
Add Salt
Add Tomatoes
Add 4 tsp Mutton Masala
Add Mutton pieces
Add water
Cook it for 6-7 whistles
Switch off the flame & rest it for 5 minutes
Finish it off with Coriander Leaves
